Obituary - Joe Teasdale and Christine Lever

Rossendale Players recently lost two much loved longstanding members. Joe was a member of the players for many years and tried his hand at most jobs that need doing in a theatre. In recent years he would give much of his time building and creating some of our amazing sets. We will remember Joe with fondness and our thoughts and love are with his wife Jean and her family. Christine was heavily involved in the fundraising and restoration of what is now our wonderful little theatre, she went on to be involved in set design and set building. On top of this she did play directing as well as acting on stage. Once stepping in with only a few weeks to learn a whole script and she certainly smashed it. Christine was definitely a very talented lady. She will be sorely missed and our love and thoughts are with her family.
